In Louisiana, down LA-1, my husband was driving to work about 6:00 a.m. down a lonely road heading out to the Lock-and-Dam they were building on the Red River. You always expect to see dead armadillos along the way, always laying on their backs, feet up in the air.
Some coonass thought he'd be funny and deposit beer cans on the bellies of each armadillo so it looked like a big ol' armadillo beer fest that got out of control.
Sorry - it's one of my favorite stories and I'm too impatient to wait! LOL!

Charles, That is the true sign of an intelligent person, they ask questions. Meshuga is Yiddish it means crazziness or insanity. As in that guy is meshugana (ok my spelling is deplorable) which means that guy is really crazy. It is pronounced pretty much just as it is spelled (mesh-oog-an-ah).
